What this website collects

Very little. This website has no user accounts, no comments, no contact or newsletter forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. It does not set any cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Like all web servers, ours keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for a short period for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

If you contact us

If you phone or email us (derby.arms@outlook.com), we will only use your details to reply to you and deal with your booking or enquiry. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

Third-party services

• Room bookings are handled by our booking provider, booking-directly.com. When you click “Book now” you leave this website and their privacy policy applies.
• Maps: the Find Us page only loads a Google map if you click to show it. Until then, nothing is sent to Google. Once loaded, Google’s privacy policy applies.
• Social media: the link to Facebook takes you to that service, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing derby.arms@outlook.com or calling 015395 52207.
